Compulsory purchase of property planned for Botanicheskaya transit hub

The Moscow Government is planning the compulsory purchase of property to clear a site for the planned Botanicheskaya transit hub in the Northeastern Administrative Area. The new transit hub will be built under Moscow Government Resolution No. 413-PP of 6 September 2011 On Constructing Transit Hubs in Moscow.

The compulsory purchase of real property will be carried out within the framework of applicable laws in accordance with Articles 49, 55 and 63 of Russia’s Land Code, Articles 279 and 281 of Russia’s Civil Code and Articles 9-11 and 28 of the Federal Law No. 43-FZ of 5 April 2013 On the Specifics of Certain Legal Relations in Connection with the Incorporation of New Areas into the Federal City of Moscow and on Introducing Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the Russian Federation.

Interested parties can receive information on the prospective compulsory purchase of land plots and/or other real property for public use at 8 (495) 957-7500 (ext. 55-207,55-218).

Owners of property subject to compulsory purchase orders who have not registered their title deeds may apply for their titles by submitting copies of the documents confirming their ownership of the property. Applications should be submitted by registered post to the Department of City Property at 20 Bakhrushina Street, Moscow, 115054, for the attention of Deputy Head of Department Maxim Gaman.
